    Packages from our warehouse in the United States will be shipped by USPS (Domestic) and UPS (International)

    DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Yes. We provide worldwide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

    WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

    WHY MY GARMENTS STYLES ARE FROM DIFFERENT?

    As a result of inventory shortage from our suppliers and to be able to fulfill your orders as fast as possible we may change the style or fabricant of some garments while maintaining the same quality, sizing and fit standards.  Some garments may not include our private inner label.

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Made By Immigrants. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

    Our Guarantee

    Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $7.5 handling fee on all refunds.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@madebyimmigrants.com

    Exchanges

    We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here.

    Shipping

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
